This picture of the Grand' Arche at La Defense in Paris, was placed in the May issue of Chip FOTO-VIDEO - Magazine (2009/3). It has 'Tips for Architectural Photograpy' as its central theme. A wide variety of pictures were selected in order to illustrate the different aspects of architectural photography.
The editors selected my pic because the combined use of wide-angle and cameraposition created an exciting perspective view, which I accentuated further by providing the air with a somewhat surrealistic violet hue.
Unfortunately in the (small) printed edition, the dark parts appear to be rather blurry without greytones, so I added my original picture.
